Anger is a
negative feeling associated with hostile thoughts. Anger usually develops in
response to the actions of another person, who has behaved in a way which is
perceived to be disrespectful, demeaning, threatening or neglectful.
Anger can
make you think in a certain way – it triggers not only negative thinking but
also negative responses, and can have physical as well as emotional side effects.
This week
we will explore different levels of anger and give you tips on how to deal with
the emotional rollercoaster of anger.
