Psychology
Week (6-12 November 2016) is an initiative from the Australian Psychological
Society which aims to increase public awareness of how psychology can help
people lead healthier, happier and more meaningful lives.
The
“Compass for Life” campaign points to five main areas which underpin our
psychological wellbeing:-
POSITIVE
EMOTIONS – ENGAGEMENT – RELATIONSHIPS – MEANING – ACCOMPLISHMENT
the idea being that by focusing on these five
areas we can improve our health, happiness and satisfaction with life.
